When a track is really well recorded, mixing goes way easier.

I have experience with a lot of microphones (Neumann, AEA, vintage BBC microphone, Shure, AKG, Coles etc…) as with a lot of different preamps (Telefunken, Neve, API, Millenia etc…).

This helps me to know what will be the ideal combination of microphones, preamp and outboard gear for the desired result.

I also have experience with various analog desk such as SSL, Neve or API for instance.
